Live Stick

Agriculture and farming plays a crucial role in human living. With the rapid increases in population, the demand of food has elevated substantially. All of the food products required for living beings come through agriculture and farming. This has compelled us to increase the growth of productivity of farming and agriculture is employing less manpower and little intervention. The aim / objective of this paper is to propose an IoT (Internet of Things) based Agriculture Stick to assist cultivars and farmers to get better yield through live data information of agricultural attributes (Soil Moisture, flood detect and weather conditions). The proposed agriculture stick is to develop using arduino technology and sensor technology. The communication between stick and user is established through GSM module. Smart agricultural live stick is based on IoT technology which is a revolution in agriculture. It helps in technological development in agriculture and making common people smarter and intelligent. Water is a vital resource in agriculture and its optimal management is a challenge for the human being. The proposed smart agricultural live stick system optimizes the use of water and helps in decision making by sensing the weather condition.
