A case of extensive enlargement of the left posterior mandible

A 20-year-old male patient presented with extensive enlargement of the left posterior mandible and mandibular ramus. Both hard and soft tissue was found within the lesion. The radiographic and histopathological differential diagnosis will be discussed.
