The invention discloses a making method, which can be used for producing a full zirconia simulation false tooth which is quite high in simulation degree, durable in use and is repaired less frequently. The making method comprises the following steps: a, making a zirconia pattern material that light transmittance is gradually increased from one side to the other side; b, scanning tooth data of a patient and transmitting the tooth data to a computer; c, designing a false tooth design drawing, which conforms to the ergonomics of the patient, by virtue of computer software, and arranging tooth root of the false tooth on the side, that the light transmittance is low, of the zirconia pattern material in the step a while biting end of the false tooth on the side, that the light transmittance is high, of the zirconia pattern material; d, conducting carving processing on the zirconia pattern material in the step a by virtue of a carving machine in accordance with the false tooth design drawing, so that a false tooth blank that light transmittance is gradually increased from the tooth root to the biting end is directly obtained; e, conducting fine grinding on the false tooth blank; f, in accordance with the situation on tooth color of the patient, coloring the surface of the false tooth blank; g, baking the colored false tooth blank at low temperature, so that the color is fixed; h, after conducting baking, implementing high-temperature sintering, so that zirconia is crystallized; and i, finally, glazing the surface of the colored false tooth blank and conducting sintering, so that a false tooth product is finally obtained.
