Light-load dehumidification and refrigeration method and device

2015
Disclosed is a light-load dehumidification and refrigeration device, which comprises a compressor (1), a condenser (2), an evaporator (3), and an electronic expansion valve (8). An input end of the compressor (1) is connected to an output end of the evaporator (3). An output end of the compressor (1) is connected to an input end of the condenser (2). An output end of the condenser (2) is connected to an input end of the evaporator (3). The electronic expansion valve (8) is connected in series between the condenser (2) and the evaporator (3). Each end is connected by using a refrigerant pipe (4). The evaporator (3) is divided into an evaporator portion 1 (5) and an evaporator portion 2 (7). A throttling device (6) is connected in series between the evaporator portion 1 (5) and the evaporator portion 2 (7). Under the condition of refrigeration and dehumidification, the electronic expansion valve (8) throttles liquid refrigerant fed in from the condenser (2). The evaporator portion 1 (5) and the evaporator portion 2 (7) increase the temperature of the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant to change the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant into gas refrigerant, and the environment temperature is lowered for dehumidification. Under the condition of constant temperature dehumidification, the electronic expansion valve (8) does not perform throttling, and the evaporator portion 1 (5) lowers the temperature of the liquid refrigerant. The throttling device (6) throttles the liquid refrigerant. The evaporator portion 2 (7) increases the temperature of the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant to change the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant into gas refrigerant, and the environment temperature is lowered for dehumidification.
