Preparation method of NaY molecular sieve with enhanced stability

The invention provides a preparation method of a NaY molecular sieve with enhanced stability. Synthesis of a guiding agent is added with a surfactant; the surfactant is first mixed with a sodium meta aluminate solution to prepare an improved guiding agent containing surfactant; and finally water, the improved guiding agent, a silicon source and an aluminium source are prepared into a reaction mixture according to a routine method. The preparation method of the NaY molecular sieve uses cheap and easily available raw materials and surfactant causing no environmental pollution and has prospects in industrial application. Compared with a NaY molecular sieve synthesized from a routine guiding agent, the NaY molecular sieve synthesized by the invention has the characteristics of high stability and small crystal grains. The NaY molecular sieve provided by the invention has thermodestruction temperature higher than 950 DEG C, average crystal grain lower than 400 nm, and silica-alumina ratio greater than 5.0.
