High-flow small-size vacuum efficient degassing unit for sealing oils

A high-flow small-size vacuum efficient degassing unit for sealing oils comprises an isolating valve, an oil incoming valve, a vacuum degassing system, an oil discharge pump, a filter, and a sealing oil pump; the isolating valve is disposed between a sealing oil tank and the sealing oil pump; the oil incoming valve is disposed between the sealing oil tank and the isolating valve; the vacuum degassing system is connected to the other end of the oil incoming valve; the oil discharge pump and the filter are connected in order to the lower end of the vacuum degassing system; an outlet of the filter has two branches, one branch is connected to the sealing oil pump through an outlet valve, and the other branch is connected to the vacuum degassing system through a one-way valve. The high-flow small-size vacuum efficient degassing unit allows the flow to be four times as high as that the common vacuum oil filter and the size to be about 1.5 times as high as that of the common vacuum oil filter; matching with the flow of the sealing oil pump is available, no mounting space is increased, and the sealing oil is all degassed before entering the sealing oil pump; a mechanical overflow preventer prevents the sealing oil from being pumped by a vacuum pump due to equipment faults and ensures operational safety of a steam turbine.
