The present invention pertains to an antistatic sheet provided with a multilayer structure that includes a base material (X) and a layer (Y) laminated to the base material (X), wherein the layer (Y) contains an aluminum-containing compound (A) and a polymer (BO) that has phosphonic acid units, and the surface electrical resistance of the layer (Y) is 1.0 × 10 6 Ω/sq to 4.0 × 10 13 Ω/sq, inclusive.
