Analysis on the Countermeasures of Risk Management of Middle and Small Enterprises' Credit Guaranty

Pointing to the existing problems in the course of development of China's middle and small enterprises' credit guaranty, this paper analyzes the risks and causes, and sets forth the countermeasures of risk management, such as establishing internal risk management mechanism and promoting credit guaranty system, etc.
