The technical scheme is that the fuse testing device is characterized by comprising a single-chip microcomputer (1), a voltage adjusting device (2), a change-over switch (3) and a fuse measuring device, and the single-chip microcomputer (1) is connected with the voltage adjusting device (2), the change-over switch (3) and the fuse measuring device.
