Problems Faced By Small Women Entrpreneurs With Special Refernece To Beauticians, Fashion Designers, Apparel and Jute Product Makers in Chennai City

This paper made an attempt to investigate problems and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in Chennai city. In order to achieve aforesaid objective data was gathered from 100 women entrepreneurs by using questionnaire and the information was analysed by applying ANOVA and Factor analysis. Secondary data was collected from research papers, journals and magazines etc. This study identified that the major problems faced by women entrepreneurs are lack of skills and finance, inadequate support from family members and society and health problems.
