The Analysis and Optimization of Cylinder Helixm Interpolation Model on Well Trajectory

The well trajectory of the interpolation calculation has been applied for path monitoring,anticollision scanning,analysis of drillstring friction and torque,3D well trajectory graph real-time display and other aspects in directional wells.According to the field needs,interpolation analytic calculation formulas is deduced under the condition of deviational survey by cylinder helix method,established the cylinder helix method interpolation model and developed the corresponding software based on the classical cylinder helix method and space analytic geometry.Comparing with the field data and foreign classical software COMPASS,this software has a more agreement with field tests than COMPASS in the azimuth angle method,to improve the calculation accuracy and then reduce calculation error of other variables.
