The invention discloses a dual-dielectric-polymer blending melt-blowing fiber electret non-woven material. The material is characterized in that a melt-blowing fiber body is prepared from, by mass, 90-99% of polypropylene and 1-10% of polystyrene. According to the dual-dielectric-polymer blending melt-blowing fiber electret non-woven material, due to dielectric properties of the polypropylene and the polystyrene, a large amount of static electricity is borne during friction of the polystyrene and the polypropylene in the high-speed melt-blowing shearing process, then, corona discharge treatment is performed, two-polymer interface hole traps in the fiber body can catch a large number of space charges so that the durable electret material can be obtained, the catching efficiency of submicron order dust particles reaches up to 99.9% or above, and the material has the wide application prospect in the efficient and low-resistance filtering material.
