LC-MS/MS를 이용한 하귤(Citrus natsudaidai Hayata) 껍질의 플라보노이드 성분분석: 항산화 활성에 대한 기여

The fruit peel of Citruses is an important flavonoid source and used as folk medicines for curing intestine and inflammatory diseases. In this work, 9 flavonoids and one coumarin derivatives in Hagyul (Citrus natsudaidai Hayata) peel were characterized using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Flavanones, flavones and coumarin derivative were validated in terms of hesperetin, noviletin and coumarin, respectively, and quantified using the validated methods. Correlation coefficients (r2) were >0.9970, indicating accetable. LOD's and LOQ's were above 0.01 and 0.05 mg/L, respectively. Total amount of the flavonoids were 9229.7 ± 0.5 mg/kg. The concentration of naringin was highest as 5010.0 ± 4.5 mg/kg and sinensetin was lowest as 0.6 ± 0.1 mg/kg. Antioxidant capacities were evaluated between 25 and 500 ㎍/mL in terms of DPPH·, ABTS·+ NO· scavenging and FRAP. The antioxidant acitvities of the flavonoids increased dose-dependantly.
