Aproximación a la gestión organizacional en las MIPYME de Sucre

The purpose of this research was to analyze the management of administrative processes in micro, small and medium enterprises in the Department of Sucre to propose a management model. The research methodology developed was quantitative, the method was descriptive, the sample was probabilistic and the collection of information was based on the survey, participant observation and interview with company directors. It was found that there are survival problems of companies that require knowing how to handle themselves in such a competitive environment, also requiring the recognition and evaluation of the strategic business task. The proposed management model takes into account the vision and strategy, the processes and the integration with clients, managing the knowledge potential of the companies.
