Image-Based Numerical Control Code Generation and Simulation of Machining

Aimed at the numerical control(NC) code generated based on images,process simulation is conducted to verify accuracy of the generated NC code.According to the principle of NC code writing and processing parameters,the NC code is generated automatically,and a virtual machining simulation is shown.By using VC++.net and OpenInventor,a prototype is developed.The results show that the method is practical and effective.
