Method for recycling palladium from organic waste liquid

The invention discloses a method for recycling palladium from an organic waste liquid. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, extracting palladium from the palladium-containing organic waste liquid produced in the production process of a homogeneous catalyst into a solid-phase extractant by a solid-phase extraction method, so as to obtain a palladium-containing solid-phase extractant; secondly, drying the palladium-containing solid-phase extractant, adding the dried palladium-containing solid-phase extractant into an acidic solvent, refluxing and stirring so as to transfer the palladium from the solid-phase extractant into the acidic solvent, filtering to obtain an H2PdCl4 solution; thirdly, performing repeated purification for 2 to 5 times by a conventional ammonia complexing and hydrochloric acidifying method to obtain a palladium solution; and finally, reducing the palladium solution to obtain metal palladium powder. The method is applicable to the palladium-containing organic waste liquid produced in the production process of the homogeneous catalyst; through the adoption of the method, the problem of recycling palladium from organic phase is solved; the method is simple in operation; any pretreatment on the waste liquid is not required; and the effect of producing while recycling can be achieved.
