Method to improve the fluidity of a continuous band of wet paper, use of a solution and paper

2011
A method for improving the fluidity of a continuous band of wet paper or the like, comprising - adding a cationic polymer to a fiber raw material, which is selected from cationized polysaccharide, which is cationic starch, added to a dense raw material, having a consistency of 2-5%, in an amount of 2-20 kg / t; or - a cationic synthetic polymer, which is selected from cationic acrylamide copolymers, added to a dense raw material, having a consistency of> 2%, in an amount of 0.5-5 kg / t, and - forming a band continuous of wet paper from the fiber raw material, characterized by applying an anionic polymer solution comprising - carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), or - a synthetic anionic polymer selected from the group comprising a fully or partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide; or a homopolymer or a copolymer comprising at least one anionic monomer, such as (meth) acrylic acid, maleic acid, crotonic acid, itaconic acid, vinylsulfonic acid, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, styrene sulfonic acid, vinylphosphonic acid or ethylene glycol methacrylate phosphate, in an amount of 0.05-1.5 g / m2 to the continuous wet paper web when the dry web is dry for 8-15%.
