The invention discloses a method for improving the material surface blood compatibility through a controlled grafting technology. The method comprises the steps that a monomer NVP, an RAFT reagent and solvent acetonitrile are placed in a container, an initiator AIBN is added, uniform mixing is carried out, liquid nitrogen oxygen removal is carried out, a reaction is made in an oil bath, after polymerization, liquid nitrogen is added to achieve shock chilling so as to end the reaction, and PVP-COOH is obtained; the PVP-COOH, DCC and NHS are mixed; under the nitrogen atmosphere, dry dichloromethane is added into the mixture, mercaptoethylamine is added, and a light-avoiding reaction is done at the normal temperature; a rough sample is obtained; the rough sample is dissolved into water, deoxygenated water is used for dialysis under light avoiding condition, freeze drying is carried out, and HS-PVP is obtained; Au-S key chemisorption method is used for enabling anti-protein high-molecular polymer to be controllably grafted to the Au surface. Through the method, the polymer molecule can be controllably grafted to the material surface, the prepared surface has the excellent protein adsorption resistance performance, and the material surface blood compatibility is improved.
