Fusion of teeth is a type of developmental dental anomaly wh ich occurs when two normally separated tooth germs are conjoined. Fused teeth are susceptible to caries and periodontal diseases due to their unpredictable morphology. Hence, endodontic therapy for fused teeth is complicated due to unfamiliar root canal anato my. The purpose of this article is to present endodontic management of a fused mandibular incisor. This report also highlights a variant approach of endodontic access using the labioincisal approach which proved successful in locating and treating two canals of the fused incisor.
