La reemergencia de Rusia en el mundo y América Latina

After a relative alienation from Latina America, the Russian Federation, is again a global actor in this region, not only because its interest in the energetic field, or in arms sales, but also looking for allies to different disputes it has near its borders that have driven the Federation to a number of confrontations with the US and Europe. In that way a number of initiatives can be explained, that have had a common axis in Venezuela and Brasil, in order to bring closer the region to its national interests, which is the optic Moscow is applying in its foreign relations.
