Quality detecting method for inner lining old pipe

The invention provides a method for detecting the quality of a lining pipeline, which comprises the following steps: the hermetic pressure-bearing structure of the old lining pipeline is constructed, i.e. the two ends of the old lining pipeline are respectively hermetically connected with a seal joint, wherein a pressure meter is installed on the seal joint at one end of the old lining pipeline, a water inlet tube communicates with the seal joint at the other end thereof and with a hand-operating test pump; clean water is taken as a detection medium, and the hand-operating test pump is taken as a pressure lifting tool to conduct bearing strength detection for the hermetic pressure-bearing structure; the pressure is reduced to tightness detecting pressure of 18MPa after the bearing strength detection, and the tightness detecting pressure is kept for 24 hours, i.e. the tightness detection is conducted for the hermetic pressure-bearing structure; the pressure is immediately relieved after the tightness detection; the pressure relieving speed is not more than 1.0MPa/min. The method can detect the repair quality of the old lining pipeline, and avoid secondary excavation. Furthermore, the method has the advantages of simple detection means, applicability and less auxiliary equipment, thus being suitable for field operation.
