The Present Situation & Counter-measures of Rural Grass-root Party Organizations

There exist problems like the softening of position, less influence of Party members, the dim concept of law in village leaders' administration, the corrupt quality of a small number of leaders the superficial mass work in the present rural grass-root Party organizations. Research must be made and counter-measures must be found to promote the construction of democratic politics of rural grass-root Party organizations.
