Base on One-way Shell Core Function of Logic Function

Based on MQ problem of the traditional public key encryption methods are difficult to resist the attack of interpolation method,in this paper a new type of public-key cryptosystem has been brought up that can be against attack of Interpolation method.This method provides us with a new way to construct public key encryption of methods based on MQ problems.
