A method for non-contact determination of a two-dimensional temperature in-formation as well as infrared measuring system

2016
It is proposed a method for non-contact determination of a two-dimensional temperature information (12) of a scene (14) by means of an infrared measuring system (10) comprising at least the following process steps: • Measurement of infrared radiation from a solid angle Φ (30) by means of an infrared detector array (54) of the infrared measuring system (10) consisting of a plurality of photosensitive pixels for the infrared radiation (62), • determining a two-dimensional temperature information (12) from the measured infrared radiation, • determining a distance information (36) between the infrared measuring system (10) and the scene (14) by means of a distance-determining device (34) of the infrared measuring system (10), • correcting the two-dimensional temperature information (12) by a distance-dependent measuring error. According to the invention the distance information (36) as a two-dimensional distance information (36), in particular a distance map (36a), at least partly in the solid angle Φ (30) is determined, is measured from the infrared radiation, the two-dimensional temperature information (12) by a distance-dependent measuring error solid angle-resolved is corrected. Further, a corresponding infrared measuring system (10) is proposed.
