The invention includes a fixed network telephone model which connects with the public exchanging telephone network through wire. It also includes a digital image model for imaging the user into video frequency image and carrying on relative process, a video frequency coding model for coding the video frequency data transmitted by the digital image model, a memory model for storing the video frequency data coded by the video coding model, a USB interface model and a primary control model for controlling and coordinating all the models. The memory model can send the stored video frequency data to USB interface model, the USB interface model transmits the video data to PC.
