Voltage transferring device

2013
A voltage transferring device comprises a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor and a switching circuit, wherein the drain of the first transistor is connected with a first joint, the grid of the first transistor receives input signals, and the source of the first transistor is connected with a first power voltage; the drain of the second transistor is connected with a second joint, the grid of the second transistor receives opposite-phase input signals, and the source of the second transistor is connected the first power voltage; the source of the third transistor is connected with a second power voltage, the drain of the third transistor is connected with the first joint, and the grid of the third transistor is connected with the second joint; the source of the fourth transistor is connected with the second power voltage, the drain of the fourth transistor is connected with the second joint, the grid of the fourth transistor is connected with the first joint, the first joint serves as a first output end and used for generating opposite-phase output signals, and the second joint serves as a second output end and used for generating the output signals; the switching circuit is connected between the first joint and the second joint and controlled by an enabling signal; when levels of the input signals are converted, the enabling signal controls the switching circuit to act for a time period so that the levels of the output signals can be converted.
