Curative Effects of TanReQing Injection Combined with Cephalosporins Antibiotics in Treating Children with Chronic Bronchitis at Acute Exacerbation Stage and Nursing Experience

Objective: To observe curative effects of TanReQing injection and cephalosporins antibiotics in treating children with chronic bronchitis at acute exacerbation stage and the influence of nursing for the patients. Methods: All 112 patients were randomized to two groups equally, the control group were given with cephalosporins antibiotics, the observation group accepted TanReQing injection on the foundation of the treatment given to the control group, curative effects, the improvements of the symptoms and adverse reaction of the patients in both groups were observed. Results: There were 46 cases cured, six cases markedly effective, three cases effective, one case ineffective, total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%; There were 31 cases cured, 14 cases markedly effective, seven cases effective, four cases ineffective, total effective rate of the control group was 80.36%; the observation group was superior to the control group in curative effects significantly, the observation group was shorter than the control group in disappearing time of cough, asthma and body signs, the time of body temperature returning to normal, the time of normal phlegm and average hospitalization time(P0.05). The difference was significant in adverse reaction(P0.05). Conclusion: TanReQing injection and cephalosporins antibiotics could shorten therapeutic time, the therapy is effective in treating children with chronic bronchitis at acute exacerbation stage with high safety.
