Safety Analysis on Safety of Man-machine-environment System in Fully Mechanized Mining Faces

2008
Man,machine and environment and their influences on safety of fully mechanized mining face in Xinzhuang coal mine was analyzed with man-machine-environment system engineering theory and methodology. The causes and countermeasures of human errors were put forward. The relationship between accidents and human factors was drawn out via analysis.Fuzzy reliability of the team in fully mechanized mining face was calculated out which is 0.9924.The reliability of machine in fully mechanized mining face was analyzed.Probobilities of system statuses and top event was ascertained via event tree analysis and fault tree analysis on accidents, was calculated.Grey correlative analysis and fuzzy cluster analysis were used to analyze environment factors. The primary and secondary factors influencing safety were ascertained. Finally, the safety of fully mechanized mining face in Xinzhuang coal mine was evaluated with grey entropy synthetic evaluation model. The problems existing in fully mechanized mining face were pointed out.At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures to improve or control were put forward.
