Specific heat of the heavy fermion system Ce(Rh1−xRuxSi2

The results of specific heat measurements on several samples of the Ce(Rh 1− x Ru x ) 2 Si 2 system in the temperature range 0.3 K T x = 0.45 indicating that the long range antiferromagnetic ordering disappears above this Ru content in agreement with neutron scattering results. The low temperature limit of C/T exhibits a maximum (600 mJ/K 2 mol) at this critical concentration.
