The invention relates to a supersonic wave airtight detection method and a supersonic wave airtight detection device and belongs to a novel sensing device in the gas leakage detection field. The device comprises a supersonic wave transducer set, a supersonic wave signal conditioning circuit, an A/D conversion circuit, an MCU main control circuit and a liquid crystal display part. The supersonic wave transducer set containing three transducers is connected with an input end of the supersonic wave signal conditioning circuit, an output end of the supersonic wave signal conditioning circuit is connected with the A/D conversion circuit and is connected with the MCU main control circuit through the A/D conversion circuit, through calculation of a MCU, a leakage or non-leakage state, a leakage level and a leakage position are determined, the acquired data is displayed through a liquid crystal display screen, and a software part of the MCU comprises a system initialization module, a leakage detection module, a leakage positioning module and a data display module. The supersonic wave airtight detection device has advantages of high integration degree, low cost, small volume, high precision and relatively strong anti-interference capability and anti-vibration capability and is suitable for popularization and application.
