The water outlet pipe is connected with the hot water outlet. The first auxiliary water pipe and the second auxiliary water pipe are connected with the water return port. The other end of the first auxiliary water pipe communicates with the water outlet pipe. The other end of the second auxiliary water pipe communicates with the water inlet pipe. The water pumps comprise a first water pump and a second water pump. The electromagnetic valves comprises a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve, a fourth electromagnetic valve and a fifth electromagnetic valve. The energy-saving anti-freezing solar water heater can ensure the pipeline without water when not in use such that the pipeline is not frozen.
