Circuit for the optical switch device and method of manufacturing such a circuit

The invention relates to a method of producing a circuit for an optical switching device of the type that comprises N input optical beams, N' output optical beams and a liquid crystal circuit which is disposed between the N input optical beams and the N' output optical beams. The invention also relates to the circuit thus produced. The inventive circuit comprises a liquid crystal film which is inserted between electrodes and a transparent counter electrode. Said circuit also comprises a plurality of active optical zones (26a, 26b) which are disposed on a common substrate in order to form a corresponding number of deflectors.
