A Neural Network Environment for Modelling and Simulation

1997
Abstract Although at present there exist plenty of systems of programs as tools, generators, shells, integrated environmemts which implement several neural network models, the rapid advance of research in this field has led to the necessity of developing a specific environment for neural networks. In the paper, there are mentioned some needs for developing such an environment, its main features, along with revealing its capabilities and its opportunities for modelling and simulation, especially in the fields where there exist many possible variants as for example in neuroidentification. neurocontrol. forecasting and diagnosis.
