Urachal Carcinoma: Diagnosis by Computerized Axial Tomography

Abstract A case of mucin-producing adenocarcinoma of the urachus is reported. Preoperative diagnosis was established by computerized axial tomography. The embryology, histogenesis, signs, symptoms, diagnostic criteria and treatment are discussed.
