Giant ectopic ureter presenting as an abdominal mass in a newborn infant

Summary A supernumerary, hugely dilated ectopic urefer filled practically the entire abdomen. The significant roentgenologic features seen were very similar to those present in children with distal ureteral atresia and marked dilatation of the blind distal segment.
