The ability to dribble a soccer athlete is a basic ability that must be possessed so that it must be proficient and skillful in the process of dribbling the ball, the speed of dribbling the ball becomes one of the elements to judge whether or not the ability to dribble atket. This study will look for the effect of circuit training exercises on students' dribbling speed. Data collection techniques in this study used the ball rolling test. The sample used was 20 students. Based on the analysis with descriptive statistical techniques, that for the herding speed test obtained calculations, namely t arithmetic = 9.791 obtained t table = 2.093, because t arithmetic is greater t table or 9.791> 2.093 at a significant level of 5% with a degree of difference (db) = ( N-1) = 20-1 = 19. Thus the hypothesis which states that there is a significant effect of circuit training exercises on the speed of herding in football games in Tojo Una-una Tojo State High School 1 is accepted. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of circuit training exercises on the speed of herding in football games at SMA Negeri 1 Tojo Tojo Unauna
