The oil extraction method for the heavy oil reservoir, which is disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of simple construction technology, high control and blocking success rate, big dewatering and oil increase amplitude and low measure cost. A construction scheme is flexibly made by aiming at the variation of the injection and extraction relationship, the plugging success rate is improved, residual oil is displaced by the self energy of edge water, the spreading volume is expanded, and scavenging area and oil field recovery ratio are improved.
