Формирование патриотических и профессионально-ориентированных компетенций студентов-первокурсников в свете дисциплины «Введение в специальность»

In the course of training specialists at the higher school the question of formation the personality of modern type is set especially sharply. The task of studying highly qualified specialists is put for the University, but the development of modern society demands from teachers also the participation in formation of student civic position. Each educational institution differently approaches the solution of this problem. At the Stavropol State Agrarian University the integrated approach for the formation of the personality in higher education institution, harmonious interaction with social and state fields of activity is developed. This is creation of conditions for continuous education, opening of the new directions, developing programs of second higher education, possibility of obtaining additional qualification and activization the educational work with students that forms their individual creative potential. Introduction in educational process the discipline "Introduction in specialty" promotes adaptation of first-year students in educational institution; forms vision of an acquired profession and future practical activities develops understanding of public requirement for knowledge of received specialty.
