Progress on immunoproteomics and its application in pathogen biological research

Immunoproteomics is a newly rising cross discipline which combines proteomics and immunology.The technology of immunoproteomics and its application in pathogen biological research were reviewed in this paper.The prospect and limitations of this technology in screening diagnostic antigen and vaccine candidate were also discussed.
