The invention provides a generation method of the turbulence entry condition by incompressible-flow large-eddy simulation. The generation method comprises the following steps of creating an entry-condition generation area at the upstream of the entry of a main calculation area, wherein the turbulence speed field at an exit of the entry-condition generation area is the entry condition of the main calculation area; determining the entry condition of the entry-condition generation area by a circulating technology according to the turbulence speed field at the exit of the entry-condition generation area; carrying out circulating modulation on the speed field of the entry-condition generation area and enabling the turbulence speed field at the exit of the entry-condition generation area to meet a given speed average value and a given pulsating value at the entry of the main calculation area. The generation method provided by the invention has the advantages that more real and accurate entry condition can be obtained, more accurate turbulence entry is provided for real turbulence, the calculation accuracy is higher and the process of free development of a turbulence boundary layer can be accurately simulated.
