Research of Photosynthetic Yuan Bio- bacterial Manure Application in Red Jujube in Southern Xinjiang

【Objective】This project aims to explore the effect of photosynthesis yuan bio- bacterial manure under the condition of drip irrigation in Xinjiang gobi zone and the best fertilizer levels. 【Method】The grown- up and densely- planted southern red jujube was taken as the research object,which had been planted in the gobi desert for four years. By comparing the Chinese jujube flower,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic characteristics,soil fertility,the fruit quality and economic benefits,the differences of results of different concentrations will be analyzed and then the optimal fertilization concentration will be chosen.【Result】The maximum number of fruit setting is z2. y3 can significantly increase the content of chlorophyll. In the soil sample,z1 contained the highest amount of nitrogen and potassium. In the leaf sample,the x1 had the highest nitrogen content. The x1 and y3had the highest net photosynthetic rate of growth. z1 had the highest content of VC. The highest soluble total sugar was in x3. To deal with the economic benefits,z2 was the highest,up to129 yuan /tree; group z1 ranked the second,127. 33 yuan /tree. 【Conclusion】The most suitable fertilizer level was z2. But the treatment of the quality of z1 fruit was better than that of z2.
