Touch screen and manufacturing method therefor, and display device

A touch screen comprises: a substrate (1); at least one first electrode (2) formed on the substrate (1); at least one second electrode (4) formed on the substrate (1), wherein the first electrode (2) and the second electrode (4) extend in different directions, and there is an intersection area of the vertical projections of the first electrode (2) and the second electrode (4) on the substrate (1); and a first protective layer (3) formed at least at the intersection area between the first electrode (2) and the second electrode (4), wherein the substrate is provided with a groove at the intersection area of the first electrode (2) and the second electrode (4), in order to at least accommodate the portion of the first electrode (2) that is located in the intersection area. Also disclosed are a display device and a manufacturing method for the touch screen. The electric connection between two electrodes located at different layers is avoided, and thus the yield of the touch screens is ensured to a certain extent.
