An epoxy acrylate prepolymer and Its Applications

The present invention provides an epoxy acrylate prepolymer and Its Applications. The prepolymer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-10 parts by cyclic carbonate, di- polyether amines having 4 to 20 parts, from 50 to 70 parts epoxy resin, 10 to 30 parts of acrylic acid, a polymerization inhibitor 0.01 to 0.1 parts, 0.1 to 0.5 parts catalyst; preparation process comprising: preparing bis hydroxy compound (1) aliphatic; (2) preparation of modified epoxy resin; (3) acrylated terminated. Epoxy acrylate prepolymer prepared in the present invention can be used in UV curable coatings, fast curing under ultraviolet light, the cured coating film of high hardness, good adhesion, good flexibility, but also has good acid and alkali resistance and some wear, can be used for printing inks, adhesives and metal, decorative plastic surface.
