Clinical Study of TP Regimen for Intrapulmonary Metastasis or Local Recurrence in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of TP regimen in the treatment of postoperative intrapulmonary metastasis or local recurrence in patients with non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods TP regimen was performed in 37 postoperative intrapulmonary metastasis or local recurrence NSCLC patients.Paclitaxel 160 mg/m2 on day 1,Cisplatin 20mg/m2 on day 1,2 and 3;21 days was a cycle.Results Four of 37 cases achieved CR,20 PR,9 SD and 4 PD.The overall response rate was 64.8%.The main toxicities was myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting,and then was phlebitis and peripheral neuritis.Conclusion TP regimen for postoperative intrapulmonary metastasis or local recurrence in NSCLC patients was promise,the toxicities was mild and tolerable.
