The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a construction waste moisturizing brick with a with a sandwich structure. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: (1) uniformly mixing construction waste granules, cement and fiberglass by adding water, and pouring the mixture into a wood mold for preparing a cement brick core; (2) mixing construction waste powder, sand and fibers, adding a silane coupling agent KH-560, PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) powder and yellow soil to the mixture so as to form dry blend by stirring, mixing acrylic acid, water, a strong alkali solution, N,N-methylene acrylamide, ammonium persulfate and dibutyl phthalate to form mixed liquid, and mixing the mixed liquid and the dry blend to obtain a packaging sizing agent; and (3) placing the cement brick core and the packaging sizing agent in the mold, and then pressing the mold in a press vulcanizer to obtain the construction waste moisturizing brick. The construction waste moisturizing brick has the characteristics of high strength, compression resistance, fracture resistance, relatively good surface hardness, water resistance, water retention, low production cost and the like and can be applied in urban green land pedestrian paths, square grounds and hardening of the grounds inside and around buildings in dry regions.
