The invention provides sizing equipment and method for a pulse fluid assisted fixed artificial bioprosthetic valve. The equipment includes a pulse fluid pump for providing pulse fluid, a pipeline, an artificial bioprosthetic valve component fixing frame for fixing an artificial bioprosthetic valve, a reaction fluid upper vessel and a reaction fluid lower vessel, wherein the pulse fluid pump, the pipeline, the reaction fluid upper vessel and the reaction fluid lower vessel are connected with one another; and the pulse fluid is used for performing chemical modification treatment on the artificial bioprosthetic valve in the reaction fluid upper vessel. The method comprises the following steps of: fixing the artificial bioprosthetic valve on the artificial bioprosthetic valve component fixing frame; starting the pulse fluid pump to emit the pulse fluid to feed the fluid into the reaction fluid upper vessel; performing chemical modification treatment on the artificial bioprosthetic valve; flowing the fluid into the reaction fluid lower vessel after the fluid in the reaction fluid upper vessel is overflowed; and newly feeding the fluid into the pulse fluid pump to form the pulse fluid.
