ОТДАЛЕННЫЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ МИННО-ВЗРЫВНОЙ ТРАВМЫ НА НЕЙРОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА

Were examined 78 affected in the long term after undergoing mine blast injury. The analysis of clinical and neurological research has shown that for accurate informative neurofunctional methods in MBТ group and TBI should take into account the neurological symptom and the patient’s age, duration of trauma, its severity, the adaptation processes, as well as possible complications, which is important for determining course and prognosis of the disease. Conducted a visual analysis of electroencephalograms allowed clearly identify pathological changes in EEG patterns in the two groups studied, indicating a lasting change in brain activity. Results of the study suggests that the MВТ sharply reduced neuronal resources raised for processing the information received and therefore indicate decline in cognitive functions of the CNS. Changes in the amplitude and latency of P300 wave in cognitive MBТ indicate a high sensitivity of this phenomenon in the refl ection of thin functional state of CNS disorders and mechanisms of information processing. In this case, the results can be used as conducted in step treatment and rehabilitation, and for the objectifi cation of neurophysiological processes.
