ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ИННОВАЦИОННОГО СПРОСА ДОМОХОЗЯЙСТВ

The process of making active household demand on traditional and innovative goods and services in modern Russia is considered. Such concepts as active innovative demand, marginal propensity to innovative consume are introduced. The function of household sector consume in short and long terms is defi ned. It is proved that promotion of household demand on innovative goods and services leads to their extended production, higher interest of businessmen in development of the economic innovativeness. Guidelines of increased active household demand are proposed, they are increased households’ income, import submission policy, preferential treatment of innovative companies. Drafting and approval of Innovative Companies State Register is established. Selectivity of state regulation leis in the fact that only companies from the Register have discounts on VAT, profi t, social tax. The state must support them economically, technically and technologically on the state and regional levels according to the degree of innovative product availability. The most signifi cant and active support should be lent to the companies with the highest degree of product availability and with products made on the base of the 5 th and the 6 th waves.
