The invention relates to an electromagnetic-wave-charged integrated sensor device for ocean water quality. The integrated sensor device comprises a pH value sensor module, a turbidity sensor module, a temperature sensor module, a main control chip, batteries and a wireless charging module. The pH value sensor module comprises a pH meter and an ultrasonic self-cleaning module, wherein the pH meter comprises a pH meter main body (1) and an electrode bulb (6), the ultrasonic self-cleaning module comprises an ultrasonic wave generator (2), an ultrasonic transducer (4) and a metallic mesh enclosure (5), the ultrasonic transducer is located nearby the electrode bulb (6), the metallic mesh enclosure (5) covers the exterior of the electrode bulb (6) and is used for enabling ultrasonic waves generated by the ultrasonic transducer (4) to form oscillation nearby the surface of the electrode bulb (6). The electromagnetic-wave-charged integrated sensor device is beneficial to the long-term continuous monitoring on the ocean water quality by sensors.
