PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic photovoltaic devices and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve optic transformation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode layer(120) is formed on the substrate(100). The photoactive layer(140) is formed on the first electrode. A plurality of inorganic nanowires(142) and optical activity organic film is included. The first charge transport layer(130) is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode layer(160) is formed in the photoactive layer. The inorganic material nanowire is unidirectional, chiasma type or stack type. The optical activity organic film is formed by using spins coat, dip-coating or the spray coating.
